All our supplements are made in India at an FDA-registered facility and are imported tothe USA, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS) available to ensure quality and safety.

  • What is Ayurveda?

  • How do I take Ayurvedic capsules and powders?

    Our capsule supplements can be taken with water, like any other pill. For powders, we suggest mixing the recommendedserving (as indicated on the label) into warm water, tea, or smoothies. Traditionally, Ayurvedic powders (churna) are mixed with warm water, honey, ormilk and taken once or twice a day. Be sure to read each product’s label for specific dosage instructions.   • Can I take these supplements with other medications or supplements?

    It’s important to exercise caution when combining any supplement with prescription medications. While our herbal products are natural, they can still have potent effects and may interact with other substances.   • Are Ayuaura’s products FDA-approved?

    Dietary supplements (including Ayurvedic herbal supplements) are regulated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) as a category of food, but they are not pre-approved by the FDA the way prescription drugs are​fda.gov. This means the FDA does not review or certify supplements for effectiveness before they are sold. However, Ayuaura is committed to full compliance with FDA regulations for dietary supplements:

    FDA-Registered Facility: Our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility in India, which means the facilityis officially registered with the US FDA (a requirement for any facility that manufactures supplements for U.S. consumption​fda.gov). We also strictly follow the FDA’s current GoodManufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the identity, purity, quality, andstrength of our supplements ​fda.gov.

  • What quality standards do you follow?

    We take quality seriously. All Ayuauraproducts are manufactured under rigorous standards:

    Third-Party Testing: Every batch of ourherbs is tested by independent third-party laboratories for purity and potency.We screen for microbiological safety, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury,cadmium), and pesticides to ensure they are well within safe limits.

  • Where do you source your ingredients?

    All of our herbal ingredients are sourcedfrom reputable growers and suppliers in India, the birthplace of Ayurveda. Wepartner with suppliers who prioritize sustainable farming and ethical wildcrafting practices. Once harvested, the herbs are processed and made intocapsules or powders at our facility in India.   • Are Ayuaura’s products organic and non-GMO?

    Many of the herbs we use are grown using organic farming methods, and we are working toward obtaining formal organic certification for our product line. When a product is certified organic, itwill be clearly labeled with the USDA Organic seal.   • Do your supplements contain any allergens or animal-derived ingredients?

    We formulate our capsules and powders to be as inclusive as possible:

    Our capsule shells are vegetarian (madefrom plant cellulose), not gelatin, so they are suitable for vegetarians andvegans.

    We do not add common allergens like wheat, gluten, soy, or dairy to our herbal formulas. However, our products areprocessed in facilities that handle various herbal ingredients, so cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies, please review the fullingredient list and consult your doctor.

    No artificial fillers or binders are used.Any inactive ingredients (like a capsule material or flow agent) are chosen forsafety and are listed on the label.   • What about heavy metals and product safety?

  • Why do you include an FDA disclaimer on your labels and website?

    Because our products are classified asdietary supplements and not drugs, we are required by U.S. law to include a specific disclaimer. This disclaimer states that “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration” and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease ​fda.gov. This is a standard requirement for all supplementcompanies whenever we describe a product’s potential benefits or traditionaluses. It doesn’t mean the product is ineffective – it simply means that, unlikepharmaceutical drugs, herbal supplements undergo a different regulatory process. We cannot (and do not) make medical claims that our products cure illnesses. Any health-supportive claims we do make are general (for example, “supports digestion” or “promotes wellness”), truthful, and substantiated byevidence, but they are not reviewed by the FDA in advance. The disclaimer isthere to keep us in compliance with the law and to remind customers that supplements should not replace medical treatment when it’s needed.

  • How should I store my Ayurvedic supplements?

    To maintain their potency, store Ayuaurasupplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Heat, moisture, and light can degrade herbs over time, so a cupboard or pantry away from the stoveor bathroom is ideal. Make sure the lid is tightly closed after each use. Youdo not need to refrigerate our capsules or powders; room temperature storage(around 20–25°C or 68–77°F) is perfectly fine. Also, keep the bottles out of reach of children and pets for safety.

  • Do these supplements expire, and what is their shelf life?

    Yes, like all supplements, Ayuaura products have an expiration or “Best By” date printed on the bottle. Typically, our
    herbal capsules and powders have a shelf life of about 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored properly. We produce fresh batches regularly, so you will usually have plenty of time to use the product before it expires. Using
    the product before the expiration date ensures you get full potency and benefit. We do not recommend using supplements past their expiration date, as the herbal ingredients may lose effectiveness or potency over time. Always check the bottle for the exact expiry date. If you ever receive a product that is close to or past its expiration, contact us and we will make it right.

  • How do I figure out the right dosage for me?

    Each product comes with suggested use instructions on the label (for example, “Take 2 capsules twice daily” or “Mix 1teaspoon of powder with water, once daily”). We strongly advise following these guidelines, as they are based on traditional usage and/or scientific evaluation for that herb. If you are new to a particular supplement, you might start with a lower dose to see how you feel, then gradually work up to the standard recommended dose. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.     We currently ship orders throughout the United States. International shipping is available to select countries as well.If you are outside the U.S., please check our Shipping Policy page or contactcustomer support to confirm if we can ship to your country. Note thatinternational customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxesrequired by their country. Also, certain countries have restrictions onimporting herbal products, so please ensure the items are permitted in yourregion before ordering.   • How long does shipping take?

    For U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes about 3–7 business days once the package has shipped. We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after you place it. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For international orders, delivery times can vary widely (often 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing). Please keep in mind that holidays or unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues, customs clearance) can affect delivery times. If you need an order urgently, contact us – we may offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost.

  • What are your shipping charges?

    We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over a certain amount (for example, free shipping on orders over $50 – check our website for the current threshold). For orders below that amount, a flat-rate shipping fee (or a rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight) will apply. Any available expedited or international shipping options and their costs will be shown at checkout. We occasionally run promotions for free or discounted shipping; subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on any shipping deals.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an Ayuaura product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange:


    Unopened products: If the item is unused and still sealed, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping costs, if applicable).


    Opened products: If you have opened or tried the product and are unsatisfied, please contact us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, we can offer a store credit or exchange for a different product that might suit your needs better.


    Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrived damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately (sending a photo of the issue helps). We will correct the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no extra cost to you.

We will provide you with return instructions (and a return merchandise authorization if required). Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or damage), and in most cases the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our goal is to make sure you have a positive experience with Ayuaura, so please reach out if something isn’t right.

  • How can I track my order?

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package. You can click that link to see the delivery status and estimated delivery date. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and find tracking information there. If you have any trouble locating your tracking info, or if the tracking hasn’t updated for several days, feel free to contact our support team and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) for online orders. You can also choose to pay via PayPal. Our checkout process is secured with encryption to protect your payment information. At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders for online purchases. If you encounter any issues during payment, let us know and we’ll do our best to help resolve them.

    Yes. Ayuaura takes your privacy and security very seriously.   • Do you offer Ayurvedic consultations or medical advice?

    No, Ayuaura does not currently offer one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations or medical advice. Our team can help answer questions about our products (such as usage instructions or general information), but we are not healthcare practitioners. For personalized health advice or an Ayurvedic treatment plan, we recommend consulting a qualified Ayurvedic doctor or practitioner. They can assess your individual needs (your dosha balance, specific health conditions, etc.) and recommend the appropriate herbs, diet, or lifestyle adjustments. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition or before starting a new health regimen.

  • Where is Ayuaura located?

    Ayuaura is an e-commerce business based in the United States. Our headquarters is in Cerritos, California. All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center to ensure timely delivery. (Even though our products are produced in India, we stock them in the US for fast shipment to customers.) If you need to send us any mail correspondence, our mailing address is: Ayuaura, 1234 Herbal Way, Cerritos, CA 90703 (example address). Please note that we do not have a public retail storefront at this address – it is our office and distribution center.
