Shipping policy

At Ayuaura, we aim to deliver your Ayurvedic supplements quickly and reliably. Here’s an overview of our shipping policy for U.S. orders:

•    Free Standard Shipping (U.S.): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax) within the United States. This applies automatically at checkout – no promo code needed. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout (based on your location and order weight).

•    Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.

•    Delivery Time: Our standard shipping typically takes about 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We use trusted carriers (such as USPS or UPS) to ensure your package arrives safely. (Please note that unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.) are rare but possible. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.)

•    Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (If you’re outside the U.S., stay tuned – we hope to reach you in the future!) We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS when necessary.

•    Order Issues: If you enter an incorrect address or need to modify an order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible. In the event a package is returned to us due to an address error or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply in that case).

•    Tracking & Support: An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. You can also track your order through your Ayuaura account. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if you encounter any shipping-related issues, please reach out to our customer support. We’re here to help ensure you receive your order.
